What the hall has this got to do with the Irish team.
So much for fancy Italian managers!!!!!!!!!

so one Italian manager lost a game in Paris so all the rest of them must be crap too..... good logic mate!!!!!
Its really not that complicated!!!
Not just one, one of the best. The creme de la creme.
Why should anyone on here really care about England and their manager
Honest! I am not a secret Tim nor a closet Sham - I really am a Seagull.
Although in the wrong thread, a lot of people on here actually live in England and have to listen to the utter tripe that comes out of the media and the mouth's of england fans about how good their team is! Its lovely when time and time again they're quietened for a while!
it wasnt really a "shambolic" performance anyway, just a typical one- dimensional and uninspired England team. I wished i'd watched the North's game now but i was tricked by the Sky Sports hype again
its got nothing to do with Ireland Italian manager or not so it should not be in here.
There is a point here. No-one doubts Capello is a top manager but he's had 2 england friendlies so far and it's hard to see any great changes hes brought about. Given Trap has so few friendlies we need to be realistic about how much he can change.
I only saw the 1st half before switching over to the Scotland match. England were the better team. They had more possession and the ball was mainly in the French half. Their movement was much better and they didn't look 2nd best for the first time in a long time away from home. Big improvement imo. Maybe they fell apart in the 2nd half though.
Yeah they changed to a four four two and brought Crouch and Owen on and Downing too. So they did not keep possession and were done in midfield.

How did Beckham get on?
Anyone hear the abuse Djibril Cisse got when he came on for France?
What was that all about?

I didn't see the game (was at Emirates watching Brazil - twice in 2 months now!!!) but they got a lot of stick off the fans on the radio. Slow, one paced and lacking passion. Sounds like the Sven and McClaren era all over again.
