    Beat the bookies!

Just saw a great bet on Paddy Powers,
    http://www.paddypower.com/bet?action...0&disp_cat_id=
Cobh are 5-1 to win the game, no bet if the game is drawn............looks like a great bet..............
I hope they will be giving us odds like this every week!!!!

With Ramblers showing that they are gonna be no pushovers in the Prem and Drogs yet to score a goal it looks great value.............

i dont see any value in the cobh drogs bet. i think drogs win easy myself.this will be cobhs first journey into realism

you can have 9 to 1 on betfair if you want.

cobh will be this price against all the top teams

As I've said over on yer forum, the difference in class is all too obvious this season compared to last.
Last Friday, we matched Derry all over the park and based on overall play a point was a fair result but, the better class of player showed through in the end. Our small mistakes (which normally go unpunished in the first div) cost us dearly and Derry were on hand to take advantage. Drogs are a further step up in class imo.
So far ye have played 2 relegation contenders and have just 1 point to show for it, the prem division champs should run out winners in this id say.

I just think from the start they have had there might be a lot of pressure on Drogs at the mo. They have gone 3 competitive games and have yet to score. In Ramblers two games so far they have scored twice.
Drogs were far from impresive on Tuesday night against City and will be lacking in confidence.
Ramblers on the other hand will be full of confidence going into the game and have nothing to loose. I am fairly hopefull they can cause an upset tonightand get at least a point, I recon there will only be one goal in it and at 5-1 it will be Ramblers with money back on a draw I think it is a good bet.

Then again I'll probably look like a complete tool by 10pm tonight, but sure God loves a trier!!!!!!!!!

    Holy God

Drogs and Cork are sure to win!

St Pats and Shams are the dodgy teams this week. Both around 1/2 to lay.

We never get a good result down there, last league win was in 2000. And we're conceding goals. 2-1 Cork.

Layed Derry - I win if its a draw or Derry lose. Its hard to beat laying, you have 2 results going for you. Layed St Pats and Shams too so even tonight. Unlicky enough not to have Pats turned over at 1/2 (2/1 Lay). Did not back Drogs or Cork, laying is the way to go

I say you are far from even from tonight fella. A lay on Derry at odds at around 3/1 or 7/2 as they were today would need a fair but of dosh on it to make you any sort of money.
Dont be afraid to admit your losses, i backed Waterford and Shelbourne

I don't use Lay Liability, rather level stake on all lays. I don't usually lay above 3/1 but tonight was an exception. I use a ratchit staking plan with my stakes adjusting according to bank adjustments.

So tonight I had 1 "point" lay stake on all 3 so I am down 0.2 points as Shams were 1.7 to lay.
