with the way ye are playing they have a good chance of beaten ye
Looks like a good draw for us on, paper at least, and just as we have started to hit a bit of form again. I only hope Bobby knows something about Skerries Town as no one else up here has heard much about them. Does anyone know exactly where their ground is or if it will be capable of containing the Farney hoards likely to travel in support of our beloved MUFC.

we were beaten by a far fatter side.
Here Krusty - predictions like that always come back to bite you on the ass.
Though Queenstown won't be long after you either.
Will you travel to Limerick on Thursday week. Apologies for the very unsociable timing of Limerick matches (annoys us as well if its any consolation). Are you as bad as your form suggests?

Thanks for your post lfc it is nice to hear a friendly voice now nad again.
Are we as bad as results suggest? you might see for yourself shortly. We do have two quality players in Alan King and Stephen Arkins the rest, well they try.
The game against Skerries Town showed us at our worst. We spent the first half strolling up and down the middle of a very tight pitch against a very overweight outfit. No effort was made to exploit any lack of fitness, I don't think they played a competetive game since beating Glebe North in the First Round in May. When Skerries scored there was some huffin and puffin done by Monaghan but we never looked like even snatching a draw. A black day I tell you in the history of our club.
I would like some day to visit ye at Pike but not this time I am afraid.
