    small point about pitch invasions

a game was only held up by fans invading the playing area during a game ONCE this season at Richmond Park
the fans that held up the game were cork city fans
one of whom ran from the corner to the centre circle
    during the game!

I've been accused on the Cork board of making this up!!!!

I can take a lot of things on these boards but dont hit me with hypocrisy

Can't remember it that clearly but don't think was more than a "fan" or two. Probably some day tripper sunshine supporter anyways.

Are Pats gonna be fined for the pitch invasion after mondays game?

No, but I've been on to Ollie Byrne and he says that the game will almost definitely be replayed because of it - at least it would be if Shelbourne were involved, according to his rule book...
    Apparently.

Fair enough. It is true that a number of city fans ran onto the pitchas you said. Don't think it was more than 4 or 5 and can't remember seeing any of them get much further than the sideline- for once dublin stewards actually did something. Also re daytrippers- I haven't seen most of those involved at away games before or since
