    Cup Draw

We've drawn Belgrove in the cup. Sounds good. Cork got shels and rovers pats i think....perhaps a cup run would reignite, or ignite the season even!

We'll win the cup and then get relegated, Dundalk-style.
And stay out of Bumtown, ya no talent bum.

When ball #2 came out of the hat, I was sure we had got Bohs again. We should be able to beat these and with a few of the big teams playing each other, we might get a decent run.

    Belgrove FC

They're managed by Pete Mahon (the guy who fúcked up Bohs a couple of seasons back ). They won the Leinster Senior League Division 1 (there's a 'senior division' above that) and the intermediate cup last season (that's how they got into the FAI Cup). Paul Whitmarsh and Brian Gallagher seem to be their top strikers.

That's right, Pete Mahon turned down Dublin City assistant managers position for the job i think. We shouldn't take them for granted, they'll be well up for it.

Don't under estimate this lot. They sold their ground for a couple of million a few years ago and had been using Tolka as home ground. Mahon turned down more than one job offer for it and the players are on very good money (for an LSL team) and most them would be up to eL standerds.

Always thought Pete Mahon was a decent manager, even while at Bohs. If this lot can manage to get him managing them, there's something going on there - they'll be a decent team, no doubt.

It'll be off-season for them though - look at how the non-leaguers did last year (9-0 and 8-0). I reckon we should win (not by as much though...).

    Another programme though...

I've got a 1600 word essay on "Why Shamrock Rovers r crap" that's just waiting to see the light of day if that'd help take up space.
And stay out of Bumtown, ya no talent bum.

How much cynicism and sarcasm is included?

Could make the fanzine if it's evil enough!

Lots. Basically, it's a lot of childish insults and bad spelling. Should fit the fanzine perfectly!

Not so sure about the bad spelling insult though - that's only Aberdonian Stu's pieces!!
