Planning on making my first trip this year on Easter Saturday. As I might be going independently, how do do it get there from the rail or bus station?

Presumably, just beyond the highway there's an open plain?

Come out of the bus/train station, go to your left. You come to a big new junction, keep left here heading out the Ballymahon Road. Keep on heading straight until you come to a roundabout at the top of small hill. Third exit off the roundabout to the right, and then you go down this road past the RSC and you'll see the stadium on the right.

Yeah, the one beside the carpark. It's now a junction with lanes and lights and all sorts of things.
