BBC iPlayer

Anyone know how I can use the BBC iPlayer service? It says that you can't use the service from outside the UK.
I'm sure there's a way around this though, as I have an internet radio and you can listen to the BBC radio channels without any problems, even though it says that you can't listen to them online from outside the UK.

Anyone know how I can change my location or is it my IP address which tells the site I'm not in the UK?
