or are all club directors like the waterford united ones,
2 days to go before our 1st home game of the season and they still havent sent out the season tickets,
they did the exact same thing last year when i had to get off work on a friday afternoon and travel 30 miles to the city to pick mine up on the day of the match,
no comunication whatsoever between the directors and the supporters, and you should try ringing their phone,
just about have enough of them now.

I couldn't get my season ticket for 2006 season untill it was nearly our third home game!

Ours arrived the week of the first home game but it was due to a last minute switch to ticketmaster tickets and scanning and all that malarky

Paid for mine 1st week of january and had the ticket a week later

Ours were available from the stadium on the opening day of the season.

Dont see the problem really. Saves the club postage costs (every little helps!)
and people who bought season tickets would more than likely be going to the game anyway so they could collect it on the gate.

We have a seperate entrance for season ticket holders so it doesnt delay
ordinary paying punters at the turnstyles

Got mine in the post the last week, we could have collected it in the club office before that if we wanted.
Imo it was plenty of time, its not as if I was going to use it before the Cobh match anyway.

Are friendlies not covered with it?

We've been able to pick ours up from Oriel since February 5th, two days before our first home friendly of the season.

I got mine before Christmas and didn't have to pay for it until the end of January!

Also, when there is a conflict with the match and visiting her family, you can say 'you bought me the present, now let me use it'
