    Don't start them off again......

And to be fair they are there on merit. Prefer a nice well run club like UCD anyday over the likes of Shelbourne circa 2006.

Having sat in both sides of the stand in both halves I'd say 525 is more plausible than 350. It was a bigger crowd than I'd even seen at a UCD v Sligo game at Belfield Park.

Because they produce a large percentage of the most talented and technically gifted players in the league.

UCD are there because the are good enough. They bring excellent talent into the league year after year and are a sustainable club that can work quite well within its budget.

You've already proven how good you are at estimating crowds. I'm sure out of the 350 fans at the game, 400 were Sligo fans yeah?

They don't produce any of them. They help develop some of them.

Thats beside the point though, they're there because others aren't good enough to finish ahead of them

That jealousy I detect there? Pats wouldn't have the strongest schoolboy section. Not as strong as oh say Shelbourne

Not jealousy at all. And Shels schoolboy section is excellent, fair play. (BTW our u18s are in the Semi finals of the SFAI Cup...)

Just pointing out that selecting several of the top 17 and 18 year olds in the country is not producing them. And in no way would I be descibed as a UCD hater, except when they beat us obviously

    In fairness, he's completely right.

When did we last beat you though? And the League Cup doesn't count obviously.

Bray v Pats around 2100 - about 900 in green stand, 1100 in red seats and a 100 scathered behind goal. Good attendance considering the weather on friday...
