I asked about this yesterday as my understanding of this when placing it on the official site was that this was kinda for the likes of Team Info Updates, Goal alerts during games for the Barstoolers/Non-Travellers (like myself) and other Club info, but apparently it can only be used to send one to two (max) alerts every week. This might increase to more but I'm not sure as the complete ins and outs of usage are not clear. I'll try to get more info tomorrow

Luka you need to relax, like I said the amount of text messages will change, anyone that has not regstered their full name will not get texts, their is a lot of numbers entered with no names, so sorry lads no texts.

Yeah and apparently or next game is on Saturday vs Galway @ 7.45pm

I'm in college Wednesday so I doubt I can make the clean up.

In all fairness Marco............what have I got to relax about..........?

Cork City supporters got four (4) during their game last night and how many did our lot get? 0

The service is there for alerts and at the moment we can't provide that and I' would like to know why? I know how this system works so please enlighten me/us as to wht Cork City supporters can get alerts during games and we can't?

I'm not digging at Marco by any means lads............He follows instructions, but all I want is to have it made clear just exactly what this service is for because it's been put on the site and I don't want anyone coming back digging at me because they didn't get their texts during the game. I've already had 3 PM's about this so I basically want it cleared up. That's all.

Because I didn't get any texts during the game Friday night I assumed we had managed a 0-0 draw which I wasn't too unhappy with. Was none too please when I found out in the morning that we had lost 2-1.

I thought one of the main points of the text service was goal alerts or at least final scores??

I was gettin texts while I up at the match. I even got a text to tell me that Davin hit the crossbar infact because I was readin that text I missed the 1st drogheda goal.
