Well i wouldnt play O'Grady out of position if we have Almeida , Also if you were to bring in someone centre mid surely it would be Moore , but anyway its all pointless specualtion

Just seen him in the Athlone game at home and i was impressed with his no nonsense style but i think he could be caught out of place a few times tomorrow nite but when we get Peers back along side him they could be a good partership, because we so need to keep the goals out this year if we have any chance of doing well. Let in way too many last season and i hope with Jennings there it can improve because Derry were very tight at the back last season so hopefully he can bring that to us. Feel we need to score tomorrow nite because i cant see Pats not scoring.
When did o Grady ever play center half? This is a big season for Gary Curran, has to show alot of promise is he ever going to make it at this level, think he in the last chance saloon!
deecay, no way would i have conor centre half...not good enough in the air,even by his own admission he hates heading the ball. no need to play players out of possesion unless your desperate and cookie obviously sees enough in Almeida to bring him into the squad, as he only seems to want quality,not quantity...plus almeida is playing for his job after the next transfer window so he'll be up for it. My bigger worry would be Mckenzie, dont rate him imho!!think he will be caught out alot,peers got him out of jail numerous times last term...think we can suprise them though, theres not been too much noise from us pre season considering the quality of the squad, so that could play in our favour!

With Jennings in goal and the defence without 2(and possibly 3) of it's starters, my optimism has taken a dent, can't see us getting much out of the game. Prove me wrong lads!

last two comments were off the wall. already negative even before a ball is kicked. think positive give the team a boost. do yee not realise that some of the players read this. we will give off our best tomorrow night , that im sure off and i will stick my neck out and say that we will score as well. im very confdent of a good performance and a god result for us. think positive lads. positive vibes transmitted will help the team. believe in the law of attraction. if all those who read this bulletin board can isualise the rovers winning tomorrow nite. then it will happen. get the negativity out of the way. come on the "bit 'o red". best of luck lads. we will have good support there.
