Thanks. Only €5 more expensive than Oriel.
Since the opening of City Centre, I've certainly noticed more people wearing gear around the City. Id definitely see as much City gear, whether it be a jersey, hat or pin, as foreign jersies a lot of the time.
rams have a club shop on match days but mainly sales are made from a sports store in cobh called fanatics, they stock the lot .

in general the amount of people wearing replica kit has started to multiply really quickly which is great, this was always an area el left itself down in the area of merchandising

Why would they sell our merchandise? Umbro make our kit!!!Jako Sports in town sell Rovers merchandise.
Tee Hee!!!!!
I think ours will fly out of the club shop this season. We dont have an outlet in town at the moment but I think Nike are working with Lifestyle Sports and the 2 independent sports shops in town to change that.
Our women's team gear is on sale in ESPRIT in Monaghan as they are the sponsors.
Bohs gear available online as well as at Dalymount 9-5, Monday to Friday.
It would make sense for all clubs, and possibly the FAI, to pool resources and run an outlet in Dublin city centre, with Prem and First Div. kits reliably available. It could sell the full range of stuff, as well as eL tickets, international tickets etc.
No reason why it couldn't also sell other products to EPL supporters, once the priority was Irish club football gear.
I was just thinking that myself. Even if the Dublin teams got together to open a shop or department in one of the shopping centres or high streets in the city. I think our stock will be easier to get this year as we are sponsored by Umbro. Diadora are strict on who they sell there product to. They only deal straight with the clubs themselves and Sports Direct.
Not a bad idea at all guys
That is a very good idea, and why restrict it to Dublin clubs? Why not open a League of ireland shop, I'm sure there are plenty of Galway, Cork, Limerick, Sligo (and so on) people living and working in Dublin, but they might retain an affinity for tyhe club where they are from, so having a shop in the capital where they can get their club jersey makes sense I think . . .
"Billy Corgan, Smashing Pumpkins."
"Homer Simpson, smiling politely."
That is a great idea and definitely worth an email being sent off to Fran Gavin over in the FAI to see what they think. Would be great for visitors to the country too. Could work as an Eircom League/FAI shop, priority being the LOI club jerseys and other merchandise if possible as well as Irish international gear etc.
The eircom League of Ireland store. Has a nice ring to it! Even if it was just a section in Champion/Lifestyle/Arnotts.(i.e like the Man U & Arsenal departments). It would do get business. Extra money for the FAI. We all know that will get them on board!
