According to Sky Sports website its a 7.30 evening kick off. They would be the only channel showing the match I would think.

Now now Paulie there is no point in denying your true identity. Didn’t we meet up in Dublin a few years back for that Argentinean bloke coming to see us? You remember that don’t ya?? Come on now my little friend? Anyhow are you going to the match like to meet up again?

Im sure craven cottage will have some on general release, but given the ticket office didn't know anything about it, im pretty sure that could be a while yet

here are the two main irish bars in fulham though, brogans is quite good, its a bit like waxys for anyone thats been there....

http://www.brogansfulham.co.uk/ --> savage stew too, food nice and reasonably priced!

    http://www.sportspubs.co.uk/new_detail.php?pubscode=45

i think that might be closed now though?!

anyway fulham high street has some really good bars, and with a load of irish in there we will be sure to pack them...

Sorry GBV, paul_oshea is on the level here, I've both met the dearly departed pronane and paul_oshea, they're not the same person

The Heineken Cup Final is on the same day, which is an afternoon kick off. Nobody would want to compete for viewers with that, so a late evening kick off makes a lot of sense.

This game might not take place

    http://www.rte.ie/news/2008/0229/kosovo.html

This is like the government saying, that if you migrate to a country, become
the majority in a part of a country then you can declare independence..

Sounds a bit like them agreeing with the creation of Northern Ireland..

Ya exactly, thats what I said earlier condex. I really didnt think the Irish government would agree with this. Its like a load of travellers settling in donegal and declaring it their own independent state.

An evening kick-off because of a competing event on the telly? Surely not? I though the FAI only had 7:30pm kick-offs if the opposing conuntry's TV stations paid big money for it (Germany last October, they even used their own cameras) or for religious reasons (Israel in the last World Cup qualifiers). Neither apply to Serbia.

As for the whole Kosova business, there's a cynical Serbian saying; Serbs will do anything to kepp Kosovo in Serbia, apart from live there.

I think it's more likely that Sky Sports, who are broadcasting the Heineken Cup Final as well, have requested the evening kick off.

Huh, were you there too? I was starting to feel young again seeing your name but now I feel old, very very old.
