I have to say I'm worried about the effect of games like yesterday's on Behan's confidence. Dolan is clearly playing the guy out of position. He is a target man (and I think can be a very good one), but he does not have the ball skills for the wing. I'd rather see him go back to the under 21 panel and play as a striker than to see his confidence shattered by playing out of position and him drifting out of the game at a young age.

Behan was dreadful when he came on last night alright. I do hope it doesn't damage his confidence though because I think he could be a great player for us in the future.
