League moves on new positions
The eircom League has made progress in filling vacant administrative positions with the appointment of a new PRO and movement on a new marketing executive.
Former journalist Andy Needham will fill the PRO’s role. Needham has extensive experience of the mechanics of public relations from his time as a reporter and sub-editor, as well as exposure to the PR industry. Just 30, he will make a start in his new role next week.
In addition, the league is reportedly close to appointing a person to the role of marketing executive.
The Irish Daily Star reports that former Opel Ireland chief Aidan Doyle is the man most likely to fill the position.
