After last nights display against the champions i think that we have to believe that we are serious contenders for the league.We rode our luck at the start of the second half i know but we created loads of chances as well.Dan,George, and Flynny were outstanding and we were very well organised.Doyle had his best game yet and Billy and Benno were very solid.The midfield did well even without Greg.
Nice touch by Pat coming into the stand at the end and personally thanking the fans for their support.Legend.

Point taken that it was two points dropped but 1 is better than none.We could easily have lost as well.My point is that if we play as well as that away against the rest of the teams we will get plenty of 3 pointers.The move that led to our goal was as good a move as i have seen from us and what a strike by JOF.
Almost every team besides UCD remai title contenders cos of the tight league.
If City can hang onto O'Flynn for the season we can beat anyone on our day. Defense is looking a lot stronger & have rarely looked stretched his season.
Whatever about new players IMO the key to the season is recapturing some of last season home form. Wins at home & even only draws away will move us up the tabel quickely.
Hedderman may be ok defensively but offers nothing going forward from midfield.
As it is there is no team really looking like they are gonna grab the bull by the horns.IMHO Shels arent worthy leaders.The best team at the mo seem to be the Scum,but I dont see why we cant be there or therebouts at the end,It's anbody's really at the mo.

If drawing with Bohs makes you title contenders, there are a lot of title contenders (even us!). Bohs really seem to be hopeless at the moment so a draw was probably a bad result really.
