Heard/saw the new REM single on youtube. Not bad. Also some of the Olympia gigs are there as well. Sounds like the new album could be something of a return to form. God knows they're overdue. Their last really decent album was Automatic for the People. Mind you, I can't see them ever matching the stunning majesty of the first five albums (six if you count Chronic Town)
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.
Yeah got emailed their new single there a few weeks ago. Not bad at all. Looking forward to catching them either at oxegen if rumours are true or in the Odessey.
