    Foot.ie! John Andrews..

He should be a good signing for Ramblers. Most fans at Cork City dont really know how good he is as he has rarely featured in the starting line up.I will be visiting St Colmans Park(as i often do anyway)to see how he does for Cobh.Deccie Mc Gregor is a good friend of mine.Best of luck for the seaon.A run of four or five wins will put you right up there....

definetly if the team play to their potential we'll be up there at the end of the season as long as dave h stays.

    Thumbs up

I met Dave H @ the Rams School Boy presentation and asked him how things were going.

He sounded confident that the luck in front of goal was going to change.

And he said we could expect to see more of the same like the Finn Harps game.

yeah johnny played vry well timing was a bit off but that will come with games also i think he ran the defence with his talking and style of play

good to see some of his city teamates come and have a look at his first game

Thumbs up John andrews : Good Game

For his first competitive game, with new team mates he looked impressive.

On top of that he looked the part and controlled the defence.

Lets hope he can maintain the standard for the future.

Dave Warren will be excellent for ye. Most City fans can't figure out why he isn't in our team more often.
I'm gonna take a blow torch to everyone who writes "any info on......." on the desks in the ucc library.

    Who's with me

What game were you watching?! The guy loooked very very rusty. he got better as the game went on, but he won't get near the city team playing like that. The first hour every clearance he made went straight to an athlone player. Still, he hasn't played in a while and i was his first game so thats probably understandable.

i thought andrews had a great game and even if some of his clearances lost the possession the main thing is that he cleared the ball i think murphy will learn alot from him

he was very solid, but his distribution was poor. what i was getting at was that the two centre backs at city are good passers so if he's looking at getting into the city team he'll really need to work on that.
