For me it has to be sort Stephen Ireland out.
Obviously sort out coaches and that but he needs to get Irealand on board.
I think alot of fans will want to learn to spell his name right.

Don't worry Seagull you may have typed that in a hurry, but plenty of fans are still posting, (in flame wars) incorrectly.
Unless like many migrant workers he may alter it, to ease the hosts understanding of his name.

Arrange an informal get together of all players from the senior and u21 squads and have a couple of glasses of wine , seriously though a series of informal gettogethers over the next month should lead to a huge increase in morale.

This would also sort out issues such as SI and other recently retired players and could be done quietly and away from the media.

    Learn Amhrán na bhFiann!

Seriously though, I think the May caucus is very important so we hit the ground running in August/September. To that end, I think the 30-odd players who'll figure over the course of the campaign should gather to discuss the world-domination strategy. To assist in picking what brave soldiers will be deployed is where, I reckon, Brady comes into things. So yeah, getting somebody with a good knowledge of Irish players is probably his foremost concern at present.

Agree he's a useless c**t for retiring at the age of 28, but we could be doing with defenders like him back in the squad

I wonder if Trap will now organize a few more friendlies in late May...

Care to elaborate on your well rounded criticism of one of the premierships most consistent defenders this season??

Run the rule over Liam Lawrence? 2 more goals tonight.

Likewise Jon Walters and Rory Delap. Not as starters but as cover. These aren't glamorous players but functional and, importantly, not midgets.

Personally, I think a 2 week training camp is a good idea. Set down the ground rules, learn set pieces, familiarise with each other, start introducing tactics.

I'm not the expert but this doesn't need to be full on. Families can be involved for a few days to make it easier, part of the "acclimatisation" can be recreational, but the key is to get everyone onside, motivated, comitted, confident and educated. They need to go away at the end of May chomping at the bit to get the ball rolling (rather than flying!) in August and again in September.

Remember, Georgia lost 3-1 at home to Latvia 2 weeks ago.

Not in the US, I know the US has friendlies over in Spain and England in late may and supposedly against Argentina in Philly or NY in preparation for WC qualifiers that begin in mid June (against Barbados I think).

Spot on about a training camp. There should be plenty of available teams to play friendlies against.

Big one in Austria this June.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!
