I know its goin back a couple of days but did anyone see Pat Dolans article in the Star last friday talkin bout Bradys appointment. He went on a rant saying that even as a player Brady wasnt good enough to get us to a major championship. He made light of his achievements as a coach and said that Paul Doolin would have been a better choice because he is a proven winner with men and not just with kids like Brady, but Doolin would never be considered by the FAI because he is an Eircom league manager. This is all coming from the same guy that wrote a couple of years ago that it was fantasic to see Pat Devlin get involved in the Irish set up because his achievements over the years with Bray were fantasic. Before Devlin we had Brian Kerr and while Brady was a player and not good enough to get us to a championship his manager was Eoin Hand, another League Of Ireland manager.Im not knocking the league of Ireland in anyway here, just making the point that its was a ridiculous article in which he contradicted himself and even though I always thought Dolan was a clown this went too far into stupidity. It is beyond me how he can keep getting paid for the rubish he spouts every week in the paper and on TV. Its like he see how Dunphy made a name for himself and has decided that he fancies doing the same.

Cant find the article online anywhere sorry

I think Dolan realises that controversy means money.

The guy Dolan is a complete clown...look at the rug on his head and the ridiculous waistcoats he wears, that's where it starts and it just gets worse when he opens his mouth, maybe the fat has covered his brain...and who is the other English Muppet they have with him on Setanta?..they are terrible.

I hope you are not referring to the great Chris Waddle as a muppet, if it's he you are talking about as they change pundits as often as Wednesday change managers.

Dolan has seen what works for Drunkphy. Spout out the first thing that comes in to your mind and the great unwashed love it.
