Can anyone tell me are we still entering a team in this new A league?

Is it compulsory?
When does it start?
When do players have to be signed by?
Can they continue to play Junior?
Could the 21s be used as A players or will games clash?

Tried getting info of FAI but got a Bertie Ahern style answer that made no sense.

At the moment no, but some clubs are apparently lobbying to get this changed
