We got our Premier Division Licence today.

No all 22 were granted licences. 3 from the 1st division were granted Premier licences.

pats had trouble but were granted licence on the condition of fixing the problem

Same with Athlone, were going to be refused but were conditioned to fix the problem instead. Maybe their stand isn't up to it! (

Usually it's something as simple as original forms not being submitted
