What I said was Should a player regrade from a senior league, takes up undertaking that he would not return to senior league the following season, if he does, then he would not be allowed to return for 5 years. this is to prevent senior clubs abusing the rules. This is a Mayo League rule. /Connaught Rule Its even possible that the Mayo League may introduce A higher Transfer fee for regrade back to junior football to protect other junior clubs.
