There are a few that could be selected. I would not be upset if Sweeney did win it - but I didn't vote for him. The defence has been very impressive this season. And weighing in with a couple of winning goals I think Paddy Purcell gets the nod.
Gareth Cooney
Paul Finucane
Ciaran Foley
Eoin Keating
Derek McCarthy
Stephen O'Flynn
Stephen O'Mahony
Paddy Purcell
Brendan Sweeney
John Whyte
Yes, I'm bored but that aside I'm curious as to who'll come out on top anyway! So let's have one at the end of each series of games. I narrowed it down to Brendan Sweeney and Eoin Keating and after much deliberation have plumped for the Cork lad.
Also they're lined out alphabetically and if anybody wants to vote for somebody else let me know and I'll change the options.

The ball is round and has many surprises.

Would rate Paddy and brendan highly as well, but Pady has had a couple of dodgy games, so my vote goes to Eoin Keating.Originally posted by LFC in Exile
