was wondering whats the story with fixtures and the likes for the A league, havent heard much about fixtures or anything,

Would that be the league cup?? Or is it an A Championship cup?? If its an A championship cup, would this not be better played concurrently with the league??

It's an eL reserve team cup. Something to give the reserves a game while they wait for Tullamore, Mervue and Salthill to finish their current seasons.

is that a once off cup so or will it run every season??

talking about the reserve cup and not the A Championship
