Just saw that the 4th of July falls on a Friday this year. I wonder if we asked the FAI nicely would they give us a home tie on this date so we can have a right ol' shindig at the Jacks

I went to the rugby match (Munster-Wasps) on Saturday. The atmosphere and the support of the fans was terrific. Seeing that really made up my mind. I hope we can replicate that and generate that kind of interest in Limerick soccer
...Christ -better keep bringing him to Rugby matches until he signs a few cheques. Then, and only then, should someone break it to him gently

From the Limerick Leader: "Although McCarthy was born in New Jersey he can trace his roots back to Bennetsbridge in Kilkenny..."

Nobody says a fcuking word!!! Agreed?!
We tend to believe that words enable thought. But words can also substitute for thought.

Ah so buttons! didnt Ronald Reagan have 'roots' in Tipp? didnt mean he married his cousin after a week in the pub celebrating the parish's U14 county final win over those 'bally boys'

I say we merge with Kilkenny altogether, airlift Buckley Park somewhere more convenient for us all and name ourselves the Treaty City Super Cats Armada.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

Possibility of a castle, a cat and a lion in the club crest. Interesting........

But a lion is a cat! just paint him black, that should do the trick.

"Lions don't look like lions on crests, you gotta use horses"

"But what if you want a horse??"

"We usually just tape a bunch of cats together"
