You don't burnley furniture (but you might wreck some), and Gretna Green is a place, not a colour.

POST 309 is nearly there but not quite.
    All correct with these amendments-
Apologies left shone out of opening sentance, sun shone brighton etc, as pineapplestu states you wrecksome (WREXHAM) furniture,
The Rangers were in deed dressed in Lincoln green. The Queen of the South greeted them with a friendly Alloa (alloha). They climbed into the Newcastle, and ate Dundee Cake. And thats it ! trust you found it amusing !

    Fill in the missing gap:
    1979: Sunderland
    1980: ???
    1981: Villa

(This one has been floating around a while so I figure it'll get answered very quick)

    and another interesting one:

Who is the only player to be substituted in an international match at Wembley to be replaced by his brother?

Going back to the Chester City question - one interesting fact - if the club's offices were on the Welsh side of the stadium then they'd have to register and be governed by the FA of Wales - hence the club offices are sited on the English side of the stadium
    Kom Igen, FCK...

Your question is dodgy and one that may not be controlled appropiately by this forum. That will be your fault.

I am going to say Phil Lynnott.
    http://books.google.ie/books?hl=en&i...xUFltA#PPP1,M1

Since even, where he recorded music was in Wembley. He played music to reduce the type of questions you ask.

On a Junior Football thread a more appropiate answer is
    Chris Hughton
    http://www.topspurs.com/thfc-history-cupfinalteams.htm
"FA Cup Final Replay 1980-81: Empire Stadium, Wembley (Att:- 96,000)
    Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 Manchester City
Team: 1.Milia Aleksic, 2.Chris Hughton, 3.Paul Miller, 4.Graham Roberts, 5.Ricky Villa, 6.Steve Perryman, 7.Ossie Ardiles, 8.Steve Archibald, 9.Tony Galvin, 10.Glenn Hoddle, 11.Garth Crooks. Sub (not used): Gary Brooke
Scorers: Ricky Villa (2), Garth Crooks
    Manager: Keith Burkinshaw

If this is deemed correct ( Please note Wembley is an entire area of London), my question is a Picture Round
What Tournament does this poster advertise? What stadium was the final held?

    CLUE:
there are people here who smell, they should stay away from me.
" I'll go right up to here,
    it can't possibly hurt.
All they will find is my
    beer and my shirt."
