AGM Question?

The posts for the AGM state 'ALL MEMBERS WELCOME'.

Does this exclude people that have not contributed to the lotto draw?
Can general interested members of the public attend?

Yeah I noticed that as well. The notices in the programme for the first AGM said All are welcome and sure they made a point of telling people to come along in the notes.

I'd imagine it is still open to everybody, just wasn't phrased properly. I was asked am I going to it on the way in the other night and given a flyer, and I'm not a member.
