Six months time is when to say if it is a fantastic appointment or not, I wish the lad well but find it hard to understand the excitement on this board. Does he have experience in promotions?

People are just happy with the appointment becuase we all know keith and know that he's Rovers through and through. He's a figure people know well and there's no harm in people being confident he will do a good job. foot.ie can be used for other things than negativity. The CPO can been seen as a starting point for people coming into the club.Keith will garner the experience needed while in the job. It's a full-time job and if supported he'll do a great job !!
