I think its in the clubs constitution that club members have
voting rights at agm etc.
As is, and a.f.a.i.k., a club member is any person who joined
the club membership lotto scheme.
Cost 127 euro per year and can be paid in monthly, quarterly
or yearly installments.
This was the membership being advertised at games and also
at the stall we set up in Golden Island SC during last Summer.
However, at the last few agms I've been able to attend the
turnout has been that poor that anyone who attended could
vote.

Is there not a time thing to it too.
So you can't have a group coming in before the AGM, all getting membership and then taking over the Club, at least there and then?
