I have heard its well dodgy and corrupt as well, i have a mate for Venezuela and see had to pay to pass her leaving cert equivalent no matter how much study she did or what results she got. Do your homework well in advance, try the lonely planet forums and see what other people have found out about it.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

It actually wouldn't be too bad if you visited other countries first so you're not so green once you get there.
