    Only in Ireland

Read this after being told about it a few days ago. I did not believe it until I actually read the article.

If there was a 'second door' it is unbelievably sad that a court's time was taken up with such childishness. Both the company and the trade union movement must be proud of their men.

A man wins €1,000 for false imprisonment because one door of the two door room he was in was locked?

But the door that was locked was the one he came in through and he insisted on leaving by that door. A man of true principle!

Why only in Ireland - it could happen anywhere. Lots of countries have rooms with doors.

We've got some unique tools though.

You know, like Assist. Could be different kind of doors.

Must try and insist on leaving the bus on the dual carriageway on the way home today. I'll seek damages off Dublin Bus for false imprisonment then.

Well obviously yeah, the provision is, after all, false imprisonment.
