haven't been in Orlando as a grown up but Vegas and New York are built aroud tips. Generally speaking the service is excellent though. Some restaurents will even give you a breakdown on your bill (i.e 10% for OK service is $x.xx 15% for good service is $x.xx, 20% for exceptional service is $x.xx) I've found that 15% is around the average. Bars are roughly the same

If Gambling in Vegas, drinks are free but tips area must. A dollar per drink is fine. Some tip more at the start of the night ($5 for two drinks) to get into the waitress' good books. Dealers expect a tip too. I generally tipped 5-10 dollars each time they change when playing blackjack (depending on how I'm doing) and a couple of dollars anytime I won a poker hand.

Taxis expect tips but most people just generally round up. Someone who gets you a taxi from a hotel will expect a dollar. Bell boys expect a dollar per bag if they help you to your room.
