is it possible to make a complaint to anyone regarding a particular ref in roscommon. Roscommon have a serious shortage of refs and the Roscommon league are not going to do anything against him as they want to keep him.The issue is he's the worst ref when our team seems to playing.he never gives any decisions for us even if they are the most blantant.
Could anyone tell me when a ref can change the direction of a free kick just because you were mouthing to him. for example if we get a free kick and we complain about how bad the tackle was he turns around and gives a free the other way. Is this a rule or has he made it up himself.? Its gone past frustration now where if I see he's ref for one of our games I am considering just not playing.
not 100% but seriously would doubt he has the power to reverse a free kick like that
The standard of referreeing in this league is below average at best. You can definitely complain, through the league, and it could result in that referreeing being kept away from your games in future, if he admits to the mistake etc
