I don't know, for the whole season we were saying that we should be doing better than we were with the full-time set up, in the last 6 games we only lost once and that was away at Bohs who won 6 of their last 7.

I know it's only a small period compared to the 27 games before but it's the most relevant period when looking towards next season.

Sligo will start next season having only won one competitive match since mid-August!
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"

yes eamon thats my real intention to put the public off buying season tickets

the likelyhood is that it will be more of the same or with a small improvement - who is really sad here

marketing a season ticket with GUFC joining the top 4 - or myself reflecting on what i saw for the whole season and being realistic

i dont think thats sad - so as a supporter i should be a blind organ for the clubs promotion at all costs

thats not support in my opinion - thats more like being involved in a cult

    scientology GUFC style
    more water!

it is a fair point about the run-in being fair to you.

the quality of football won't matter one ioata if results are good, no Drog fans were complaining about their style of football last season.

however, with the players we currently have and the style of football we played all last season it is hard to see us challenging the top 4. yes we would love if we were but there is a difference in wanting something to happen and believing it will. i want it to but don't believe it will - with current squad and the type of football we play.
