    Segragation

Dose any other club in Ireland segragate the supporters? We have started this in Showgrounds, But I don't think their is any need for it in the First division its not like their is many away supporters. Maybe if we had the likes of Shams in the showgrounds we would need it and in case any sham fan thinks other wise they should remember back to last time we played them in the Showgrounds

EL grounds are like good episodes of The Simpsons, no matter how many times you see them they're still funny

Yeah, we usually have segregation when Tommy T's crowd come to town! Their name seems to have slipped my mind!

i would imagine that this is part of the licensing laws.

at the cross there's a designated away section, but i wouldn't say fans are segregated as they're free to go anywhere inside the ground.

i believe shels have a different entrance for away fans at derby matches this season as well.

Yes, its apparently only for home games against Bohs, Rovers and Pats, which doesn't look like its being done for the licensing laws.

Its all a bit silly, because away fans naturally want to stick together anyway, so they'd be congregating in the Riverside to begin with. So, we're just legislating what is already happening.

Most grounds have "unofficial segragation" (if thats possible) The bit in the ground where all away fans go. In Tolka its the riverside; in Derry, Richmond, Cork its the left of the stand etc... UEFA licensing will just make it official I suppose

in some cases it should be enforced, but in the long run it could cause problems
