when city were hoofing the ball forward people where shouting for them to get it down and play football now that they are trying to play football and trying to retain the ball sometimes having to go backwards people are shouting to hoof it forward what do they want

Yeah, the guy behind me was shouting fierce abuse at goergie last night every time he passed the ball backwards. It was good to see them actually create some chances last night. And they did it by playing fooball, not hoofball. Other than the penalty on Friday, I dont think we had any clear cut chance. We arent going to win the league this year, so it would be good to see some nice football..
And a pint of Murphy's would be nice too.

"TRYING TO PLAY BALL" being your opritive word, we haven`t the players to play "football" but with pat bringing in newand young players were getting there but were not a footballing team yet!
