Hmm, got Millwall to the play offs and had them top of the league when he left. Got Sunderland to the play offs and won the Championship teh following season. Got Wolves to the play offs. I get what you mean but that would suggest he'd an excellent manager at Championship level or at the very least something a lot more then ok.

I presume your talking about Keane here, his influence on the team heavily outweighed that on the managers at the time. All the players continuously referred to how Keane made them play better, McCarthy was just along for the ride.
