His most recent album Bluefinger is fantastic. Probably the nearest thing people will get to a new Pixies album.

ha, doubt it. Smashing Pumpkins apparently were trying to get Pixies to tour with them in February... which is when Black Francis launches his European tour.

Maybe a reunion when they're inducted into the hall of fame

I've been meaning to get a copy of this. Has got some great reviews. Shame the rest of the band weren't involved in a complete reunion for the recording of this album.
