When do they have to announce it? Hopeful for Milan myself.
There is no such thing as a miracle cure, a free lunch or a humble opinion.
We will have a big away support wherever it is. The big group games take place in the biggest stadiums, and Delaney will no doubt push for a big stadium to accommodate our fans.Originally Posted by Hibs4Ever
Putting us in Palermo would be the equivalent of playing our home game against the Italians in Turners Cross. It will be Milan, Rome, or as an outsider, Naples.
i think its been said before to be three months, but i might be wrong. email ticketoffice@fai.ie and they'll let you know.
According to the FIFA Competition Rules (see Article 18, Page 22), it is at least three months in advance for the venue to be notified and at least 60 days for the kick-off time to be notified.

Better of with Ryanair to Milan, they fly from Milan to Rome, Bari, Brindisi, Palmero and Cagliari. It seems to be there biggest base.

When will we know where the game is being played?
Not till early next year, I'd say.
Does anybody know which city in Italy will chosen for the Irish match next April? It's a complete joke that they get so long to decide where their matches will be played.
No announcement yet. They dont have to announce until three months before the game, so January at the latest. Probably Rome or Milan but they've played home games in other cities too so its hard to call.
