This, I think, is good news on the whole. It's obvious the club was being run badly, so however few the changes, they're better than none. It's still more or less the same old cronies on the board, but maybe with this bout of musical chairs things will improve.
Dunne going is the best news I've ever heard,good riddance, Terry take the the High road to Kerry and never look back.
A former player as Chairman may improve PR/ fan-club relations: Hopefully anyway.
HOWEVER,
Noel O'Mahony getting promotion is bad, he having been the most malicious and rabid of those who condemned the "Not to Leicester" campaign without even listening to concerns- the man is obnoxious and pig-headed.
AND, the shelving of the Chief exec's post is surely a step in the wrong direction, however good/bad cantillon was- he should have been replaced.
All in all, good news, and I won't be shedding ANY tears for Terry Dunne. Now where's my champagne..........
