Last minute winner away to Charlton. His first goal since January 26 2013, having gone 31 matches without scoring.
Inspired signing by Mick!

I said in the McGoldrick thread 7 Irish in the squad, all those in the match day squad and 6 played.
Must be some sort of record?
Ipswich had six Irish starters on 9th March 2010 against Cardiff, and again on the 13th against Scunthorpe - Brian Murphy, Damien Delaney, Owen Garvan, Shane O'Connor, Jonathan Walters and Daryl Murphy. It's seven if you count David Norris, who was approached by Staunton but never declared, to my knowledge anyway
a brief history of both Hunt brothers playing together: http://irish-abroad.appspot.com/Blog...72763452751274
Left Leeds by mutual consent: http://www.itv.com/news/calendar/upd...utual-consent/
Met him in NY last summer and he said he was trying to get out of there and hopefully would join his brother at Ipswich. So there was probably talks going on for a while
Folding my way into the big money!!!
Starts for Ipswich today and scored. Ipswich top as it stands.
Two for Noel.
Grasping the nettle after McGoldrick was ruled out.
First assisted by his brother, Stephen. There's kind of a double-edged incentive for Noel to do well for the rest of the season (and Stephen for that matter). He earned a contract till the end of this season- a season which may see them get promoted. So, he's playing for a further contract which could potentially be with a Premiership side.
Daryl Murphy & Noel Hunt both praising Terry Connor for their upswing in goalscoring form. It would be great if he was working with our national team strikers. Hopefully McCarthy brings Terry with him if he does manage Ireland again.

And he has put his resurgence in form down to his work with Ipswich assistant manager Terry Connor.
"'TC' and I have been working a lot on my finishing," he said. "We had a good chat on Friday about goals. It's nice to give something back."
Could join the Irish contingent in the MLS.
