Scores often.
Sligo Rovers have added Jimmy Flanagan to their growing list of transfer window signings.
The right-winger joins until the end of the season having previously played with Hayes and Yeading in England, though he failed to make a first team appearance.
Flanagan has had trials at a number of English clubs but has failed to settle and sees Rovers as an ideal club to rebuild his career.
The right winger could come into contention for the match with Shamrock Rovers in Tolka Park on Saturday.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Shamrock are a complete joke after moving the game to Tolka Park.
The Dublin have club have been up their own arse since they were allowed to play in Tallaght Stadium by South Dublin County Council but this week it has emerged that have no say in it really and the so called return of thousands of their fans is just bull**** and it will die off soon enough if trophies do not follow in the next couple of years.
Saturday's match is a big challenge for Sligo, without any regular central defenders, but they should be fired up. A loss by three goals would see them go bottom of the table. The Bit o' Red are still hoping to bring a large following to Dublin and extracting revenge after two poor showings against Shams this season so far.
Another late edition to the squad could be a huge disgusting mole seen on a tour bus that travelled through Croatia, Montenegro and Albania. These reports have been unconfirmed but one Sligo fan said last week:
"Mole, Mole, Mole, Moley Mole."

ah thats explains the mole in the camp so!![]()
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?
Heard Ryan is out for the rest of the season.
Butler - Out for most of the season
Almeida - Didn't play a full game due to injury
Parkhouse - Hasn't got a run of games due to injury
Ryan - Out for half the season
Doherty - Was injured a fair bit too before being released
Peers - Has missed a good few games due to injury
Raf - Same as above
Morrison - Has also missed a few games due to injury iirc.
Ventre and O'Grady have missed loads of games due to suspension (I agree this isn't like the injuries but still....)
Boco also missed games due to international games
It's no surprise that we're at the wrong end of the table. Other sides have had injury problems too but we have had more than our fair share. With such a small squad it was always going to be tough if we got a few injuries. It's the risk we took, it paid of last year, we came fourth, it hasn't paid of this year. If we had these problems last year God only knows where we would have finished, but it certainly wouldn't have been in fourth place. Added to all this we are still in the league cup, fai cup, setanta cup and were in Europe.
The point I'm getting at is there is no point in criticizing the lads. They may not be world class footballers but, bar one or two (with one of them gone) they give 100%. There's still a long way to go, and with new players in the squad we can stay up and hopefully get to a cup final but we have to stick with the lads.
this has been posted on a different thread but danny fallon is gone to ucd on a scolarship and paul curry is gone to athlone on loan.
i don't think they have been confirmed by the club but are from 2 very reliable sources
Jesus christ can we not catch a break, Ryan out for the season ffs what a joke. We deffo need a central midfielder now.
What's Danny Fallon like?
(as a footballer as there's a few smart arses on here)
