    Foot.ie! Travelling to Derry.

    Alrite lads. Any1 have any suggestions on the best way to get to derry?

    It's a great drive if you can get two days off. Stay in the Travelodge.

    Otherwise, you're looking at ringing the bus companies.
    City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

    Da-Mini, are you talking about taking a bus up from cork to derry on bus eireann or would ramblers supporters organize a bus?

    google earth says going up by dublin and up the motorways is the best way, its not the shortest but it has the best roads to more than make up the 50km difference via the direct route.

    how many plan on this trip, and how many plan on stayin over, im waitin to find out if im off, if i am im going up monday mornin and stay over, is the team stayin up, does anyone know.

    definitely drive to dublin and take motorway to belfast /derry its the quickest i drove Belfast to cork in just over 5.5 hours including garage stop 75% of the journey is good roads and NI has good road signs etc easy to get about
