The only time I saw Delap in the game was when he was throwing the ball long, Stoke's main weapon. I still fancy WBA and Watford for the 2 top places, although both face each other soon.

Memories of the 66 cup final
I was tuned in to last nights game (as usual) via BBC Radio Sheffield and it sounded like we were soaking up pressure and playing on the counter. Lee Grant made a couple of early saves and Songo and Johnson were very effective on the break. Burton was causing their centre-halves lots of problems too.
Our first goal really was a surprise and it's been that long since we took the lead in a game it was hard to know if Wednesday would know what to do. Thankfully made it to half time in front and even more thankfully we didn't sit back second half. Two nil, Bolder again, Wednesday seemingly in control.
But alas Wednesday are never really in control, even 2 goals to the good. (I think it was Swindon Town a few seasons ago, two nil up with 8 minutes left. Three points in the bag you'd think... no... surely a point... no...
Looks like Kav wil miss the Plymouth game on Monday having pulled up with a hamstring injury late on.
