Macy has information regarding a superior flag pole which the SEI use...
A group of Section O supporters have come toghter to form a committee to arrange fundraising for flags, flares, smokebombs, and drums. The co we are orderin from is tifo and their address is www.tifo.net.
The material for 3 red & black flags sized 12x12 feet would cost approx ˆ200. The flagpoles needed to raise the flags are called telescopic poles and can be bought for around ˆ400. They are easy, light and easy to store. For stitching the material is around ˆ100 making total cost of ˆ700 plus postage & packaging of ˆ150.
Our aim is to get these flags and drums at the start of next season. Once a month, the committee will meet to discuss the fundraisng and ordering issues. At the UCD home game at May 31st , the new edition of ONE F IN LONGFORD will be out and all profits will go towards it.We will also be walking aroound with buckets for donations.
The next day, the UCD lads will play the TOWN lads in a battle of the fanzines and as a fundraiser. For ˆ1 people can pay in and support their team.
Once we have succedded in our aims, we will need people to take care of the materials ordered. SO LET US MAKE THIS WORK!

The site is www.tifo.it. I don't know if I want people watching us playing the fanzine match, could be embarrassing (unless we win!).
We're not arrogant, we're just better.
Heh, ye did it again...

Yeah ours are far superior to the tifo ones. Stronger, lighter and cheaper... Don't go for the tifo ones. You can get material cheaper if you buy locally tooOriginally posted by Xlex

Brilliant job lads...
I think it's time for us to do similar at the college...only problem being there might not be enough fans to hold the flags up!
