Have to agree with you, scrappy game ruined by one of the worst ref's performances in years.... absolutley brutal for BOTH SIDES...
Should have awarded a peno early on to the boro... bottled it and then proceeded to give phantom free kicks againist fairview for the rest of the game... late on in the game,he bottled another stone wall peno for boro,(handball)...maybe it being dark he did not want to go into extra time..
Danny hanley sent of for something another player said... mistaken identity but that wont matter in council, wait and see the book being thrown at him....
chairman of ldmc was present at the game i wonder what he made of the refs performance...best of luck to view in the next round.... nice to see their players using the dressing rooms and going in for a chat afterwards...as it should be...
the referee was the most bias referee ive seen. to be honest i think boro were the better team, even after going down to 10 men. how can referees get away with sending players off like that?
