Pes 2008

I got PES2008 for the xbox 360 in the post yesterday

But I've been lefted disappointed

The game's grand offline - so no problems there. However online is an absolute disaster. Basically the game lags likes no other game I've played on xbox live. Characters are jumping in and out of the screen all over the place. It's driving me bad! For those of you who have played PES6 on xbox live, you are aware that there was a slowdown in gameplay between players with bad connections. Well in PES2008 you can also pencil that slowdown in and add invisible player movements. As it stands now the game is a lottery online and best avoided until a patch is made available to fix it.

Ive heard the playstation 3 one is nt much better online gettign slatted why cant they get this right i played fifa online and while not perfect very playable . And they are going to release an update so you can have 5v5 online .

Think they will patch it pretty quickly but there is no excuse for lagging the PS3 is so powerfull They should have something like in warhawk where it checks your connection and you cant host games unless its able to handle it .

Still hoping xtravision start selling tonight ive been a year with out pro evo on playstation

Played the PS3 version yesterday. To be honest I think you'd be better off sticking with your PS2 version of PES6.

It's okay offline, (replays aside) but online can be a nightmare.

Online servers turned on at 1pm today, its unplayable atm.

Decided not to bother. oo much hard work. Just goin to use the new function which allows you to import kits from real pics. Will use kitserver for premiership kits. Also the crests will look like this on screen hopefully, a glassed finish:

Well I played it last night on my PS3, and it came up with a message saying that although the servers were on, it wasn't officially launched and thus was still in a 'probationary period' and that there might be problems.

I'll give it a go to see if it's any better.

I thought thye had 13 licences including prem league just lookign at it here they only have 6 on the back of the box can anyone confirm if im going to have to start doing a lot of editing !!!

dissapointed with the game, only rented it last night as i didnt want to chance buying it, incase it wasnt any good. had 4 players sent off in my first match, just late tackles, the referees are a joke in it.

But how you meant to download the new jerseys for ps3 like.

Yeah looks awful. Have you tried to load my OF for PES6 on yet? Will prob have to just create the kits manually

Can you try use this template and import it and see if it will work

Also can you try our new top and see what happens?

many here have it on the PS3 and we'll try get a league/yournie going?!..... unlike FIFA theres no option but a single game which is a bit dissapointing...also dont like the way you cant see the nationality of who your playing, no lobbies to chat pre-game and doesnt indicate whether headset is been used!

once the lagging is sorted it will be quality!!

Got it for xbox360 there yesterday,its been fine so far,I liked the slight speed up of the overall game play,it suited my particular game down to the ground whereas a friend of mine said it did nothing for his game,I suppose it goes one way or the other..

Barce by far the best team in the game,awesome attacking ability,especially when you make room for Henry(who's on the bench!?!?!) and have the 4 up front with deco behind them.

Anyone having trouble with the master league crashing when i go to play the first match i get the loading screen and it freezes and ive to reset the machine manually
