    Eircom League Weekly

Great to see that they showed the 2 City games. Big Trev was grinning from ear to ear and kept mentioning that we're top of the league. Ha Ha Class! Even that cnut Noel King was complimentary bout City 2nite.
But in all fairness they should have shown a few of the other games aswell. Waterford are flyin like so I thought they would have been on it. And only the Queenstown-Dublin City game from the 1st division.
In all fairness though, fair fcuks to TV3 for even taking an interest in the league.... lot more than RTEnglish ever did

Good show alright. Georgie's turn for his goal in Longford looked class on the telly. And it was great to see Noel King-of-the-cnuts actually praising City (albeit through gritted teeth).

Disappointing not to see any Flynny nominated in any category in the FAI awards though.
Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?

its great for the league to have the exposure its been craving for a while now so whatever TV3 show has to be at least appreciated....

cameraman is a bit slow though....
doesnt seem to have much anticipation.

at least he's not a defender!

Also good to see that Trevor gave Noel KKKing a loan of some normal clothes!

The red shirt/yellow tie/orange jacket that he wore last week has destroyed my telly!

TV3 are doing now what RTE should have been doing ten years ago. Fair ****s to 'em. RTE used to only show football if there was no Rugby on on a Sunday night. I remember that west brit Jim Sherwin almost apologising for showing 'soccer' the odd time it was on. It really is a pleasure to have a show for League of Ireland fans hosted by a fan.

Happy enough with TV3’s coverage so far, apart from a few dodgy cameramen... Bit disappointed that TV3 doesnt show the tables during the round up, but considering where we are, maybe thats a good thing...
Trev as presenter has enthusiasm for the eL which is great..

For now is good enough that tv3 only really show what the clubs provide for them but hopefully in the future the picture quality can be improved.

Should have shown league table & goal scorer chart & i'm not sure why tv3 had no goal of the month for april competition either.

There were cameras at Belfield and they didn't show any highlights, which was really annoying, especially as they showed Dublin City v. Cobh, and prattled on for ages about the same clips we'd just seen in the highlights as usual. Good game at Belfield as well. No sign of Pat's, Derry or Waterford either - surely it'd defeat the purpose if they start showing only a selection of teams?

A bit disappointing that it's been on since October and hasn't changed perceptibly - okay, they show a couple more games now, but when are they going to stop showing the goals after we've just seen them??? That's really annoying...
