I'll second Ollie Cahill - the league's player of the season last year...this year he looks like he lacks confidence and looks like he wants to be anywhere except on the pitch.

Cahill's player of the year award was more of a you're-not-as-past-it-as-everyone-thought pat on the head. He's well and truly past it now.l
A leading authority on League of Ireland football since 2003. You're probably wrong.

Billy Gibson's an excellent signing. Keane will be good when he's fit. Barker's decent. Rogers is now the fecking captain (deservedly) and Macek hasn't played more than 15 minutes

    Bit harsh fellah

I can't make a choice between Ola Tidman, Alan Moore, Karl Bermingham, Dave Rogers, Peter Hynes, Kyle Moran, Greg O'Halloran, Anthony Gorman, and Pat Fenlon. What a complete and utter waste of money. Makes my blood boil typing their names.
As Irishmen we dilute our sense of nation by depending on the English to bring us our balls

Have to agree with Hynes. Think all the Derry ones can be summed up by "Pat Fenlon". Where are those who think he's a good manager because he won the leageu with Shels and his E72bn budget?

To some extent I'd agree with you on all of them except Michael McGinley, purely on the basis that he got injured in his first game for us and only came back to fitness last week. I haven't seen enough to judge if he's good, bad or indifferent.

To put some sort of order on the others?...

    1. Fenn - because so much was expected of him
    2. Kingsberry - because he's crap
    3. Richardson - because he looks like he's going to be crap
    4. Rafferty - ?? Who?
I got no lips I got no bones where there
    were eyes there's only space

Conor MocDonald came to KCFC this July on loan from Waterford. After a couple of games where he looked pretty woeful he went off to play for the Universities side in Asia. After being woeful there he returned home and rang John Ryan to annoince his retirement from soccer, at the ripe old age of 20 I think. Just couldn't handle the Station Road Ultra's and the pressure he was under

Im quite happy with all our signings.

Darragh Ryan went well off the boil before he got himself injured though. He was very good at the start of the season alright though.
